Exchanges
We are happy to accept unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise for exchange. For that, all tags must be attached and items must be returned in original packaging. Items are eligible for exchange, if returned within 7 days of delivery.
Products like Bodysuits or accessories cannot be returned or exchanged.
Items are eligible for exchanges with any style available on the website. In case the new item is of lower value, store credit will be issued to you. If you do not wish to exchange with another item, you can simply return the same in exchange for store credit with 1 year validity from date of issue.
The Process
Step 1:
Items must be returned unused, unwashed, unworn with all original tags attached. Make sure you put the item(s) back in the original package along with the invoice in the same way & condition it was delivered in.
Step 2:
CLICK HERE to initiate your exchange request.
Step 3:
Our team will schedule a pick-up which should take up to 3-5 working days. In case of a size exchange, once the original order is returned back to the warehouse and quality check is done, the replacement item(s) will be dispatched.
SECOND EXCHANGES COME AT A COST
Second exchanges for the same order will be chargeable. For second exchange, you have the following options:

2.You can raise a request for it to be collected by us for a fee of INR 200. Our team will send you a link to make the payment. The pickup will only be scheduled after payment has been made.
Please note
- All items for exchange should be unused, unsoiled and unaltered.
- The exchange process will be initiated post inspection of the item at our warehouse. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange request if any item is damaged or used by the customer.
The replacement will be dispatched within 2-3 days post inspection.

Returns
If you do not wish to exchange with another item, you can simply return the same in exchange for store credit with 1 year validity from date of issue. Store Credits Store credit is emailed to you in a voucher format on your registered email ID. You can utilize the same during check out by copying the code and applying it in the box that says “use discount code or gift voucher”. If you face any issue while applying the same, please email us on contact@vividartsy.com Products purchased on clearance sale, and products that are returned in a soiled, damaged or altered condition will not be eligible for refund/store credit.
