- How do I edit my order?
If you wish to edit your order immediately after placing it, you can email or WhatsApp us to make your desired change. Please note that the changes can only be made before the order is dispatched so it will be best if you can get in touch us for the same as soon as possible.

If you wish to cancel your order immediately after placing it, you can email or WhatsApp us regarding it. Please note that immediate cancellation will only take place if the order has not been dispatched. If you wish to make a cancellation later, you will have to receive the product and then request for cancellation on our website.
- When do I get my refund for the cancelled order?
If the payment was by credit/ debit card or net-banking, the money will be refunded to your credit/ debit card or net-banking account, respectively. Typically, refunds are processed between 7- 12 working days.
Please note that we depend on the credit card issuing bank to ensure that the money is refunded to your account. We only control the release of funds from our side. There is little we can do in case there is a delay from the bank’s end.
- What should I do if I have received only a part of my order?
We make sure that all the products are sent to you in one package. Please mail at firstname.lastname@example.org with the details of missing product but within 7 days of receiving your order. We shall check and get it sorted asap.
- How do I place a return request?

- What is the return policy?
We will accept unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise for return. All tags must be attached and items must be returned in original packaging. For this, items must be returned within 7 days of delivery. Kindly note that reverse pick up take a minimum of 48 hours. Once we receive the product in our warehouse, we do a thorough quality check and then initiate the process to credit the amount back into your account/wallet.
- What is the exchange process?
When you opt to exchange an item purchased by you, our delivery agent accepts the package from you only if the item is unworn, unwashed, and unaltered and has all the tags attached to it. Kindly handover the item in the original packaging. Once we receive the product in our warehouse, we do a thorough quality check and then initiate the process for exchanging the item. Please note that the agent who is going to pick up your return package will not be giving you the exchanged product.
- When will I receive my exchange product/store credit?
Once we receive the product in our warehouse, we do a thorough quality check and then initiate the process for exchanging the item. Once your order has reached our warehouse and post quality check we will initiate the process of reflecting store credit in your account within 24 hours, you can choose to avail store credit for future purchases. In case of refund it takes 5-7 working days to reflect the amount in your account only after the order reaches the warehouse.
- How can I use my store credit on the website?
At the time of your checkout, please insert your voucher number in the box where ‘Gift card or discount code is mentioned.
- What is the validity of the store credit?
The validity of your store credit voucher is of 1 year from the date that its issued.

We accept all Debit/Credit cards, PAYTM, Net Banking and COD within the country only.

- How do I track my order?
Once we ship the order, we will send you a tracking ID that you can use to track your order. You can track your order here.
14.My tracking link shows 'delivered' but I have not received the package. What do I do ?
Please drop us a mail at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hrs. of the delivery mentioned in the tracking link. We shall check with the courier service. Please note : We would not be able to investigate with the courier service if it is informed to us after 24 hrs.
- How long will it take to deliver my order?
It usually takes 4-6 business days depending on your location.

Shipping charge of Rs.100 is added for orders of value below INR 1000.

- Why are certain products not eligible for exchange or return?
Mists and Face masks are not valid for return as we maintain a strict hygiene protocol for the same. Products purchased on a higher discount are not eligible for return/exchange. We mention that the product is 'FINAL SALE' indicating that they not valid for return/ exchange below the name of the product on the product page in red as well.
- How do I apply my promo code?
You can apply your code at checkout, in the “Gift or discount code” box under your order total.
- Is there any cart limit for COD orders?
Our COD service is available for orders upto INR 15,000. For orders above that amount the COD option will not be available.
- Can I exchange an item won in a contest?
Promotional gifts and contest winnings cannot be exchanged for other products or for credit vouchers.
